She was born in 1956 in Denizli as the daughter of a textile family. She continued her education and training life in Denizli. After her husband Ali Rıza Güvenç passed away in 2003, she assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of Güvenç. Remziye Güvenç, who made many innovations in Güvenç after starting her career, also assumed the chairmanship of the board of directors of Gümüş Su Arıtma. Innovative steps taken both in Güvenç and Gümüş Su Arıtma drew the attention of many segments and Remziye Güvenç was deemed worthy of more than one businesswoman award. She is also the first woman councilor in the Denizli Chamber of Industry. She is still the Chairman of the Board of Güvenç today.

She was born in 1971 in Denizli. While continuing her education and training life in Denizli, her interest in outerwear and sewing brought her one step closer to textile life. A dress that she designed and sewed in her youth was deemed worthy of an award and the dress she designed took its place in the fashion show. In the 2000s, she went into business and assumed the product sales leadership of a private brand. She started to work as a Board Member at Güvenç in 2010. She received various training on women's entrepreneurship and management at Boğaziçi University in 2013. She currently takes her place in the management team of Güvenç and continues her duty as Vice Chairman of the Board.

He continued his education period from primary school to high school in Denizli and then graduated from the Department of Chemistry at Süleyman Demirel University, where he went to complete higher education. He started his business life right after, and worked for a private company for 2 years as Operations Chief. In 2003, he started to work at Güvenç as a Laboratory Chief. For many years in different positions; He completed his duties as Operations Chief, Purchasing Specialist, Operations Manager and General Manager. He currently takes his place in the management team and carries out his works as a Member of the Board Member, Factory Director.
Nuri Gökkaya

He was born in 1964 in Denizli. He spent his childhood in Belgium, then returned to Turkey with his family and continued his education life in Denizli. He grasped the textile culture from the family at a young age and learned to weave fabric on the yarn loom in their own home. In his youth, he entered the trade and dominated the textile market. He founded a home textile company in 1987. In 2003, he founded his second company, the towel printing company. He came to Güvenç firm in 2005 and took his place in the management team. Currently, he is still working as a Board Member, Trade and Finance Director under the management of Güvenç.

He was born in 1969 in Denizli. He graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Mechanical Engineering Department in 1991. After completing his education, he started working life. He has been involved in the textile industry for 30 years, in areas such as yarn weaving, dyeing, ready-made clothing, and gained various work experiences. In addition, he has constantly improved and renewed himself by participating in many trainings on energy management. He started to work as Machine Energy Manager at Güvenç in 2016. He has been working as the General Manager since 2022.

She was born in Burdur in 1977. In 1994, she started to work as an accountant in a company that exports textiles. In 2001, she continued her career as an Accounting Manager in a company engaged in textile dyeing. She specialized in accounting, finance, human resources, and cost accounting. She got the title of Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor in 2011. In the same year, she took her place on the list of employees Chamber of Certified Public Accountants of Denizli. She started her career as the Accounting and Financial Affairs Manager in 2014 at Güvenç, and she still continues and carries out her work.
