CHEMICAL MANAGEMENT POLICY

GÜVENÇ BOYA A.Ş., as an organization in the textile dyeing-finishing sector, manages the chemicals used in production and non-production processes while performing its activities, all legal regulations and other conditions (REACH, OEKO-Tex 100, ZDHC MRSL and STEP OEKO-TEX MRSL etc.) Our aim is to understand the environmental and occupational health and safety risks of chemical use, to reduce the risks and to prevent accidents, diseases and environmental pollution.

Accordingly, GÜVENÇ BOYA A.Ş. aspect;

To ensure the use of chemicals and dyestuffs in accordance with OEKO-Tex 100, ZDHC MRSL and STEP OEKO-TEX MRSL conditions during our production,
Managing the inventory of chemicals we use in our production processes and non-production processes in accordance with all conditions,
In the selection of chemicals, to consider the effects on occupational health and safety and the environment as well as the function of the chemical, to replace the chemicals that are considered dangerous with less dangerous ones as much as possible, not to use prohibited chemicals, and to create less waste by using less chemicals when possible. ,
To dispose of chemical wastes, contaminated packaging etc. wastes in accordance with occupational health and safety rules and environmental legislation,
To carry out the necessary studies for the compliance of our stakeholders with the chemical management requirements,
To raise awareness of our employees by constantly educating them about the negative effects of chemicals,

Making process and recipe designs that will reduce waste water,
Considering the designs that will ensure the least possible waste water in the selection of new equipment,
To reduce the waste water load by making chemical choices that can give the same result with less use in paint and chemical recipes,
To save energy through heat recovery from waste water,
To continuously monitor the parameters to be monitored in the waste water and to take the necessary precautions by comparing them with the target values,
To manage the waste water in the most accurate way by working in cooperation with the treatment plant we receive service from,
