Hedefimiz G\u00fcven\u00e7&nbsp; Tekstil b\u00fcnyesinde Sosyal Uygunluk Politikas\u0131n\u0131 \u015firket k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc haline gelmesini sa\u011flamak ve firmam\u0131z ad\u0131na haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz \u00e7evresel ve sosyal konularla ilgili hedefleri zaman\u0131nda ve istenilen oranda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmektir.&nbsp; Bu nedenle sosyal uygunluk standartlar\u0131, \u00e7evre hedefleri ve sosyal i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc hedefleri olu\u015fturulmu\u015f ve uygulanmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu hedefler ile \u00fcr\u00fcn ve hizmet yaratman\u0131n yan\u0131nda bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 Uluslararas\u0131 hukuk, ILO s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri ve yerel kanunlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde y\u00fcr\u00fctmeyi hedeflemi\u015ftir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n t\u00fcm haklar\u0131n\u0131 vermeyi, i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi kurallar\u0131na uymay\u0131, \u00e7evreye duyarl\u0131 olmay\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131k ve d\u00fcr\u00fcst bir ileti\u015fim, sayg\u0131 ve de\u011fer g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u015fyeri olu\u015fturmay\u0131 taahh\u00fct eder. Fazla mesai yapmak g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck esas\u0131na dayan\u0131r, hi\u00e7bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z zorla fazla mesai yapmaya zorlanmaz. \u0130\u015fyerimiz, zorla i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n, hapishanede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, \u00e7\u0131rakl\u0131k s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi, borca kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc, askeri i\u015f\u00e7i veya k\u00f6le i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc insan ticareti dahil olmak \u00fczere, t\u00fcm \u015fekilleri yasaklar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>G\u00f6\u00e7men \/ Yabanc\u0131 Uyruklu \u0130\u015f\u00e7ilerin E\u015fit \u015eartlarda \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve Zorla \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00d6nlenmesi Politikas\u0131<\/strong>: G\u00dcVEN\u00c7 BOYA A.\u015e., g\u00f6\u00e7men \/ yabanc\u0131 uyruklu i\u015f\u00e7i istihdam etmesi durumunda, ilgili t\u00fcm yasal \u015fartlar\u0131 yerine getirmeyi taahh\u00fct eder. G\u00f6\u00e7men \/ yabanc\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7iler, di\u011fer i\u015f\u00e7iler gibi, yapacaklar\u0131 i\u015fin gerektirdi\u011fi \u00fccreti ve di\u011fer sosyal haklar\u0131 al\u0131r. Kimlik, pasaport gibi belgelerinin sadece kopyalar\u0131 \u00d6zl\u00fck dosyalar\u0131nda tutulur, orijinal belgelerine hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde el konulmaz. \u00dccretin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 veya belgelerini elde tutarak, ki\u015finin zorla \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131 uygulamalara izin verilmez. \u0130\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri, i\u015f\u00e7inin ana dilinde haz\u0131rlan\u0131r.
